2023 - Hays appeared and started in all 18 games for the Lions as a midfielder playing in 1,587 minutes ... Finished the season with a goal and two assists along with nine shots on goal from 19 shots ... Provided an assist against Texas Women's (Aug. 31) and Missouri Western (Sep. 17) ... Scored a goal against Truman State (Sep. 8) ... Played the full 90 minutes in 13 games this season.

2022 - Hays appeared in 15 games for the Lions getting the start in 11 as a midfielder ... Finished the season with two assists along with eight shots on goal from 13 shots in 809 minutes ... Provided an assist against Newman (Sep. 23) and at Rogers State (Oct. 2) ... Got off three shots against Newman (Sep. 23), at Northeastern State (Sep. 30) and Nebraska - Kearney (Oct. 16) ... Played a season-high 69 minutes against Missouri Western (Sep. 18).

2021 - Hays appeared and started in all 18 games for the Lions as a midfielder playing in 1,368 minutes ... Finished the season with a goal, two points, 33 shots, 20 shots on goal with a .606 shot on goal percentage ... Scored her first collegiate goal against Missouri Western (Sep. 17) and all four of her shots were on goal that game ... Played the full match three times, Central Oklahoma (Oct. 8), Washburn (Oct. 24) and Northwest Missouri (Oct. 31).

2020 - The fall season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the season was abbreviated and moved to the spring …Participated in the spring season as a midfielder  ... Named to the MIAA transfer and first-year Academic Honor Roll and was an Academic Excellence Award Winner posting a 4.0 GPA.

Prior to Southern - Hays attended Steele Canyon High School where she was one of just two players to play for coach Charlie Cleaves on the varsity soccer team all four years. In her junior year, Steele Canyon won the Division 1 Section championship.  Hays was named Grossmont Hills All-League twice, and team captain her senior year. She was also recognized as San Diego Section All-Academic Team.  She played club soccer for Rebels ECNL. 

Personal - Jori is the daughter of Jeff and Cristen Hays, and she has an older sister Jayden, who attends San Diego State.  Jori plans on majoring in Mathematics at Southern.
