National Careers Service – Redeployment Service

Aims to match those recently made redundant with new work in sectors experiencing a surge in employment demand such as food retail, care and distribution.

It will engage with employers needing to make redundancies to ensure a smooth transition for employees into new work.

Support for Apprentices

The Government are putting measures in place to support Apprentices who have been furloughed or have been made redundant.  The latest information can be found here

In the first instance, contact your Apprenticeship training provider.  They will be able to provide practical support, to help, where possible, your Apprentice find alternative employment to complete their Apprenticeship.
