• Mark across Area – Field & Subfield Specification matching your operational experience. See example below:
  
  
  • If you are operating in RESEARCH & CONSULTING AREA and are providing service in Health, Safety & Security and particularly do Fire Assessment – you have to mark all the 3 levels;
    
    
  • If you are operating in RESEARCH & CONSULTING AREA and are providing service in Health, Safety & Security, though do not provide Fire Assessment services, but rather do other (1 or more different services) – you have to mark first 2 levels (area & field) and indicate your specific subfield in comment’s section;
    
    
  • If you are operating in RESEARCH & CONSULTING AREA, though your organization’s particular operating field/subfield is not presented in our form - you have to mark 1st level (area) and indicate your specific field and/or subfield in comment’s section;
