ESMARTSHUTTLE system is the patented solution ideal for high density storage particularly suitable for those warehouses to be built into pre-existing buildings. Thanks to the system’s flexibility, eventual constrains such as vertical limits, presence of pillars or irregular layouts, can be easily managed, as well as both the LIFO (Last In First Out) and FIFO (First In First Out) logics.
Thanks to the DataMatrix technology, the warehouse is mapped in all its axis (X, Y, Z), allowing the absolute and continuous positioning of all its contents (machines and pallets). The innovative consequence is the possibility to independently move each machine in the warehouse: Eshuttle (bigger cart) and Esatellite (smaller cart) can perform two simultaneous missions increasing system’s performances.

An IoT device with active GPS + RF&BT modem is the core engine of our system. Coupled with EVO-plug® and T-charge, it becomes anti-theft and charging system.
